Unworn items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also offer complimentary lifetime repairs on all ILHAN pieces — because craftsmanship is a commitment, not a claim.

Bespoke and personalised items are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty. Sale items may be exchanged but not refunded.
